Coronavirus cases top 3M worldwide

The total number of COVID-19 cases in the world has surpassed three million, as Germany added 1,077 new coronavirus cases in its last update. The number of seriously ill people stands at 57,591.

The death toll reached 206,822 while the number of recovered people stands at 877,126.

The country with the biggest number of coronavirus infected patients is the United States with 986,045 people, Spain with 226,629 and Italy with 197,65 infections reported.
