EU includes no-deal Brexit in its autumn forecast – report
The European Commission is preparing its autumn economic forecast is with no-deal Brexit as its basis, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Tuesday.
According to the magazine’s sources, the Commission’s economics team decided it would create their outline for the future on the premise the United Kingdom would breach the Withdrawal Agreement with the European Union and base their relations on the rules set by the World Trade Organization (WTO).
Earlier this week, it was reported the bloc was planning to continue trade negotiations with Britain despite the Internal Market Bill that London is considering.
