Florida Air Force base shooting leaves one dead
One person died and another was wounded in a shooting that took place at Hurlburt Field, part of the greater Eglin Air Force Base in Okaloosa County, Florida.
The incident was linked to a domestic disturbance, according to local media reports. The identities of the victims have not been disclosed, while the United States Air Force officials revealed only that the shooting is under investigation by the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI).
Hurlburt Field hosts Air Force Special Operations Command’s (AFSOC) headquarters.
