French daily COVID count up by 23,608, deaths by 656
Data from the French Ministry of Health showed on Tuesday 23,608 people tested positive for coronavirus in the past 24 hours. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 2,938,333 cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in the country.
During the same period, the death toll climbed by 656 to 71,342.
Meanwhile, hospitalizations were down by 52 to 25,532.
