India’s COVID deaths rise by 1,069 to top 100,000
India’s COVID-19 death toll increased to 100,842 after 1,069 fatalities attributed to the virus were registered during the day on Friday, according to the nation’s Health and Family Welfare Ministry.
In the meantime, at least 79,476 were confirmed with the disease, taking the country’s total number of infections to 6,473,544.
On the other hand, the number of recoveries reached a total of 5,427,706, rising by 75,628 in the twenty-four hour time.
