Italy reports 130 new daily COVID-19 deaths
The number of people that passed away in Italy from COVID-19 in the past 24 hours came in at 1130, the country’s health authorities announced on Wednesday as the number remained almost flat compared to the previous day.
The data brings Italy’s coronavirus death toll to 32,616.
As the country slowly started opening for business, the total number of registered new COVID-19 cases declined compared to the previous day as it came in at 652. Italy has registered 228,658 cases of the virus since the beginning of the outbreak.
