Navalny’s YouTube channel lawsuit dismissed – report
The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow rejected opposition politician Alexey Navalny’s lawsuit against the Prosecutor General’s Office and media watchdog Roskomnadzor over blocking his website and his YouTube channel, RIA Novosti reported on Monday.
Earlier in the day, Navalny asserted that he was removed from the list of prisoners likely to attempt an escape.
On the other hand, he claimed that his status has been changed by a prison commission to “extremist” and “terrorist.”
