Pharma firms criticize me for lowering drug prices – Trump
United States President Donald Trump said on Thursday that drug companies accuse him of being a “bad guy” because the prices of their products are “going down really big.”
“Please, remember that, because I don’t want to get all those negative votes and then Biden wins and then the first month he’ll say, ‘I dropped drug prices 78%’. And he won’t even know what the hell he’s saying!” he stated.
Trump added he had “such a beautiful life” before he became president, but concluded that “that’s OK, because we’re doing a great job.”
