Russian soldier charged with murder

Russian soldier Anton Makarov was charged with murder but is still refusing to cooperate with investigators, TASS reported on Monday.

Makarov is accused of killing one officer and two soldiers on November 9 after opening fire at an airfield in the Voronezh region.

He is also facing charges linked to the theft of weapons.
