Trump still insists he will win election, alleges fraud
United States President Donald Trump took to Twitter once again to allege voter fraud and insist he will win the 2020 presidential election despite his rival Joe Biden already declaring victory after major networks called the election for him.
“In certain swing states, there were more votes than people who voted, and in big numbers. Does that not really matter? Stopping Poll Watchers, voting for unsuspecting people, fake ballots and so much more. Such egregious conduct. We will win!” Trump tweeted.
The remarks come after the Trump campaign appealed a Pennsylvania judge’s decision to dismiss a lawsuit seeking to block the certification of the election results in the key battleground state. Meanwhile, the US president claimed there were 900,000 “fraudulent votes” in Pennsylvania.
