Turkey reports 1,983 new COVID-19 cases

The coronavirus death doll in Turkey rose by 78 to 3,336 in the past 24 hours, the country’s authorities said on Saturday.

In the same period, 1,983 new cases of the virus were confirmed, bringing the overall number to 124,375.

Out of that figure, a total of 58,259 have so far recovered.
