Ukraine’s COVID death toll jumps by record 538
The number of deaths attributed to COVID-19 in Ukraine surged by a record 538 over the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine unveiled on Tuesday.
New infections came in at 15,579, with the total number standing at 2,660,273, according to the data.
Earlier this week, Ukraine implemented stricter virus containment measures in certain areas of the country but has made no changes to the international entry restrictions.
