COVID-19 US: 34,249 new cases, 407 deaths
The number of people who tested positive for the COVID-19 during the day across the United States landed at 34,249 on Monday, taking the country’s total to 6,551,575, according to Johns Hopkins University’s tally.
Additionally, the data showed virus-related deaths rising by 407 to 194,443, while the total number of tests distributed by health workers across the nation reached 89.6 million.
In the meantime, the number of people released from hospitals after fully recovering from the disease reached a total of 2,474,570.
